Is it just me or have these boards (and I include the LA ink board) really slowed down? It seems that people are just not as interested in LA ink as they were in Miami ink and both boards are down two a handful of posts per day.

Compare that with other boards (even those whose programs are in daytime time slots - A Haunting comes to mind) this board has really seemed to wane.

It is time to bring back Miami Ink and rework LA in to generate more interest here.

I think you are right about traffic slowing down here, but since the show is off- air right now, I would attribute the slowness to that.
I also agree with your assessment of LA Ink- it is not as interesting to watch as MI, and I attribute that to several factors: Kat is not a strong enough personality/ too immature to carry a show as the lead. LA Ink has too many "D list" celebs and/ or musicians trying to promote themselves.(After all it IS LA.) And Kat's constant childish slang is very hard to take after a few minutes, never mind an hour! The drama is overdone and annoying. ( That actually goes for BOTH shows...)But the number one factor for me as to my choice for MI over LA Ink is that the guys are simply more fun to watch, period.

I don't believe it's just you either. The posts have really been down for MI but I believe that's because of the show's hiatus. On the other hand, to me, LA Ink has too much estrogen for my taste - just way to goofy. I try to watch but I find myself surfing channels half way through.
