Saw the re-run with the girl getting this piece on her neck that a friend drew up for her. Is there any way to get a picture of this?

I do believe that was a new episode. Unless the owner of the tattoo has posted it in the "Tattoo Photos" forum (or it's in Garver's artist area), there's really no way to get a picture of it.

You could google "Day of the Dead skull" and probably find something pretty similar.
