I dont remembrer which guy did this tattoo that i'm looking for; it was a girl that was getting that tattoo. It was flowers, on the side of her back, with some petals in the wind around it. For her, it was representing changes in her life, hard things that she were now over it...

You may be thinking of Ami. He did a tattoo for a girl of a lotus that represented her leaving alcohol behind her and concentrating on a positive life.
But then again maybe not. I forget many of the flower and fish ones because they are done so often.
