You do realize that the image of Buddha sitting on the Lotus flower is the most common scene there is, right? Assuming you are a Buddhist as well, it is not that hard to find. Do your research via your local library, Buddhist temple, the NET, and yada yada yada.
If you reaaaaally want to copy that exact image (name, color & all), why don't you call the shop, and ask them to fax you the image or ask whatshisface (Mr. C.W. ) to send it to you via snail mail. They're not busy whatsoever, so I'm sure they would be more than happy to do it for you.
Well at least Merlin looked up an old thread instead of starting a new one....that's one point for consideration and -3 for stupidity....Total of -2 in the Common Sense department....And to think they say I have ADD...I told em' I could Subtract too....
I'd like to see Ami's reaction if someone actually asked him to do that.
Hey, I have question. When I posted to this forum looking for a picture of a tattoo, everyone blew a nut and said "it's not good to copy tattoos". I was looking for the the picture of the lotus flower with the kanji as the stem that was done on a girl at the beginning of the season. I guess it just depends on who's responding to the posts.
i believe her ? was why were some mean to her about her asking for a pic and not other people.
the thing is and i am sure everyone agrees it is plain out rude for someone to copy an orignal tattoo. this happened to me and i have seen my tattoo on lots if bodys and i even saw it in another tattoo shop where the guy said he drew it. but anyway, if it is something like the hamasa hand, the polish eagle those you can find just by doing an image search, but as for a tattoo that was drawn for the person who got it you will not find a person here to give you a pic of it plus i havent seen anyone from the show post their pics up on here.
Well, there could be many factors as to why your response was different than someone else’s.
If you had post #51 asking for a picture of a tattoo, then people may end up being ruder to you as they have repeated themselves over and over and over again.
People have tried the direct method in telling people not to copy a tattoo, so maybe they are trying a more indirect method to get their message across.
Either way, their message is the same. Don't copy someone else's original tattoo and don't ask anyone here to help you do it.
