To take advantage of Florida's taxpayer friendly environment? Smile

I read somewhere that Garver actually moved to Miami because of the show's heavy filming schedule...and maybe because of a g/f. And his myspace profile now shows Miami as his home.

Does anyone know if Garver travels around and does tattoos on the off season? I'm in the Charlotte NC area and would love to get a Garver original. If not could he reccomend a trustworthy artist in Charlotte?

Hey! I live in Charlotte too! My husband & I are also looking for a good artist as well. The only shop I know of that I have seen good work personally is Immortal Images. Hayley Moran is fantastic but has a huge waiting list. I think the rest of the crew has to be good too. I would give my arm for a tattoo by Chris but I think that dream will never happen. I guess just ask around. If you find a place let me know!

Hay Whit1! Yeah, a neighbor! I've only gotten one tattoo. It was from Tattoo Bill's. I was promised an experienced artist but got stuck with a bad mannered intern. This guy had only 4 colors and black; basic red, yellow, green, and cyan blue. The design I wanted required a royal blue color. A co-worker offered to loan it to him and he just said they'll take what I give them! Holy cow! 2 weeks later the ink was fading all over despite following is instructions for care. I went back and he was very annoyed at having to touch it up. He decided to take it out on my skin by using his instrument to "scrub" the ink in until my whole shoulder was bleebing! A month later it was fading again. He must have been using some bad ink.

I've heard of Immortal Images, I just haven't found their location. I live just south in Rock Hill so I don't know some of the areas of town. I need to track them down. Thanks for the artist's name too. We ought to plead with Chris G. to make a trip up to Charlotte! He'd definitely get many clients and we can share some of our southern charm (he,he)

Hi neighbor! That experience sounds terrible! I will never recommend anyone to go there!! I have no tats myself, I have always wanted to just never knew what I wanted, now I do and am scared that I will not find a good artist. My husband has 5 but got all in Buffalo. We have also heard good things from Lucky 13,they are in Mooresville (north of charlotte)but never find the time to go. Immortal Images has a web site so you can check out their work. They are on Monroe Rd towards downtown area but you could get the address off their site and map it. No good places in Rock Hill?

Well, up until about 2 months ago it was illegal to have a tattoo shop in the state of SC. I'm not about to trust a bunch of newbies that have been playing with ink at home!! I'll stick with Charlotte for now. Do you know if Garver or any of the guys have personal sites like maybe myspace?
