Alright, I have been really wanting a Tattoo . However I have a latex allergy. So I'm wondering is there latex in the ink? I assume not but gotta know. Also do you think there's any tattoo shops that would be willing to wear latex free glove's if I were to provide them? I've been going to contact a local shop. But I'd rather know at least a little prior to contacting them.
So if some of you can PLEASE answer these questions for me that would mean alot.
Not sure if this helps, but at the shop I go to, when you fill out the form it asks if you have an allergy to latex......as far as latex in the ink, I don't know for sure, but a relative of mine who is allergic to latex has gotten 4 tattoos, and has had no reaction.
Okay this is really not a question, but a comment that I would like some answers too.. I recently went to Miami, and I was so excited to make my way to Miami Ink, but when I entered the building, it was the most disappointment that you could imagine... Darren was completing a tatoo which was awesome that I got to see him, and so I ask the guy at the counter if we could get a pic with him when he was done with the tatoo, his comment was "I don't care you will have to ask him and your not going back there." Well we sat around and watched the guy go around in the back several times and he never even said anything to him about letting us get a pic... so Darren just disappeared... Which I'm sure if he would have known he would have let us take the pic. Not only that, we were actually thinking of getting tatoos or making a schedule to get one, but the helper up front was so rude that we just decided to leave... This has really hurt my feelings to be so excited and get thrown down this way....So do all of the customers get treated this way?
