Why do they delete posts here?
I posted something about Kat and how I don't like her show since she never does tattooing on it and she only has rock stars and not real people and my post was deleted.
I didn't say anything bad and I wonder why the Mod deleted my post

I wish I would have seen this thread before I started one of my own about her show. I feel the same way as you do, icelady. I do not like her show !!!!!!! I was so anxious to watch it when I heard she was getting her own show because I always liked her. But the show stinks !!!!

What is it about her show? I know I've said this before but I'm still trying to figure it out. I loved her on Miami Ink and I couldn't wait until her show started and then I was a little let down but I can't quite figure out why.
We get a glimpse into the lives of the Miami Ink guys on their show and it doesn't bother me but the glimpse into Kat's life just tends to irritate me and seems so contrived. Don't quite get it.
Of course daisy, you gotta love Kat!!!!!

Sorry Mor, I respect her as an artist and I really do think she does some decent portraits, but she just isn't someone I'm not very drawn to personally.

I understand that you love her probably the way I love Ami and the guys, but I just can't like her the way that you can.

She was ok on Miami Ink, but she can't carry her own show-you've even said you were let down by her show. She definitely has a spunky personality and I commend her for being true to herself, but she hasn't really done anything to impress me. The sad thing is, I can't even stand to watch her show to see if she's done anything impressive.

Ergo, I shall thus remain loyal to Miami!

I know Daisy, I'm just teasing you. You have answered all my "gotta love Kat" comments in a most mature and respectful way.
Unlike the fans that have nothing but scorn for her, you have been honest and have given her credit for her talent and you are right, I have admitted that this is not the same Kat that I admired on Miami Ink.
Thanks for being such a sport about the teasing. Sometimes these boards get so intense you just have to do something to make light of the conversation!

Anyway, thanks for putting up with my Miami Ink affinity and La Ink aversion. You're right, there are way too many people that take opinions way too seriously. I'm glad we can hold our own without open animosity. Take care!

I would never bash the guys. I love them. I got to see an hour of Miami Ink today and it was great!! I miss them. Ami's temper tantrums but cute smile, Garver's unbelievable talent, Chris N.'s flirtiness, Darren's kindness, and Yoji's innocence. They are great and easy to love!!

get a room!nah just kidding... love how both of you guys post.. i enjoy both shows... they each have their own perspective on how they run their shop and tattoo...they have been great for spreading the mainstream attitude toward tattooing and those who get tattoos.

Thanks vic21. I am old enough to be their mom and sometimes I wish I was so that I could make them behave when they get out of line. I have to say that they show a lot of respect for older people and being one, I think that's great. So when I say I love them, I mean in a motherly way!!
