I've just watched my first show last night, never knew about the series, but i will watch it again, i just needed to comment last night on what i saw..
A foot fighter competition where you guys as FIRST timers beat out all of the "Champions" and "experienced fighters", i honestly don't think that was challenging enough for all of you...
A lot of people downplay the importance of physical size of a competitor in a fight, but that was CLEARLY the case last night, when your LEG makes up half the poor Asian man's overall bodyweight, there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with that.
Just my two cents.
I feel that the challenge wasn't enough for any of you.

Nothing wrong with saying that. It is the nature of the program that there may be situations where they just outshine the locals b/c of their physical advantage. And others where it is a detriment.
What makes this show great is its diversity. With shows like Fight Quest or Human Weapon it lacked diversity for me, and I don't watch it anymore. LOS competitions are varied so that, generally, each competitor has an opportunity to win/do well despite their different physical characteristics. Plus, I enjoyed their camaraderie - a truer depiction of male bonding. No catty fights or backstabbing. It's just good healthy competition.
But yeah, keep watching.
There is one particular episode that you may like in which the locals understand physical advantage so they have size/weight classes.
