im looking for this episode of Sunrise Earth i woke up to one morning.

It was really early and i had never heard of Sunrise Earth before and i awoke to some noises from my tv(i usually leave my tv on to help to sleep) and so i looked and i saw a beach and some guy getting all his equipment ready for the day on his little boat he had on the shore. it was like dark orange because the sun had barely come up yet. and i believe that there was a surfer out in the waves also. It was the most amazing thing to wake up to and i immediately bought up the sunrise collection but when i got it in the mail that episode wasnt on there. =(

TO SUM IT UP: it looked like the camera guy had the camera set up so it was on the shore like 10-15 from the sea and he had it pointed towards the sea and stretch of the beach and there was a guy workin on his bought and a surfer surfin and the sun hadn't come up yet so it was really dark and kinda orange in the sky.

That sounds like "Playa Grande Moonset", available on the 'Seaside Collection'. The overall 'orange' cast is consistent.... the fisherman is a surf fisher (ie - there is no boat - he just walks out into the surf and hand casts.)

And there are a couple of surfers.... so, I'm pretty sure that this is it.
