I am trying to start a program called 'change for a change' in my high school. If anybody has any advice i will greatly appreciate it. I would like to donate the money to stop the cutting of trees in forests and to help animals. If anyone has any ideas on where to donate the money I would also appreciate that. Where do you live? In almost every community there is an organization that is working to preserve habitat. Nature Conservancy is probably the best known, but there are almost always local ones as well. In Oregon, where I live, we have the Oregon Natural Resources Council. I suspect there is something like that in your area too. Tell me where you live and maybe I can help you find a group.

I would recommend getting involved in Roots & Shoots and become apart of a global network that's really changing the world for the better. They have a great tree campaign going on right now too!
