I just received this message from viewer relations.
Dear Viewer:
Thank you for contacting The Science Channel. We appreciate your interest in Cosmos.
Cosmos has been temporarily moved from our programming schedule, but will air at a later date. Currently, that airdate has not been determined. We encourage you to check www.thesciencechannel.com for updates to our schedule.
Thank you again for expressing your interest in our programming. A reply to this message is not necessary.
Great! Next time, tell us something we don't know. This is ridiculous! And, hey, rather than check back with your lame channel, why don't you email US when you decide to put Cosmos back on the air? Now that's customer service. What a concept, huh??!!!
Please be assured that your comments and support are not going unnoticed. Please be patient and respectful in your support of the show. Thanks, mod_ben
I promise that I will not throw away 22 years of sobriety and pick up a drink and become impatient and disrespectful........I do have to admit that a get a smile on my face when I ask, has anyone on the programming staff had a string of bad luck lately?...........Maybe Carl rendering his opinion from the heavens on this subject. Beware......carry an umbrella even on a sunny day.............
