I saw the same person on there TWICE. Last week I saw the episode with JANICE. GREAT transformation. Her daughter was with her for support. Yesterday, I saw JANET. Her before picture was different (different hair, different clothes). The after was just as amazing, but different than the first after. And the "daughter" was still standing by her but she wasn't really mentioned this time... this time it was "Janet's" girlfriend that was her support. I would really like to know what's going on. It's been really bothering me. Is this show fake?

They are sisters. They showed the two of them together at the beginning of the show. I found it kind of odd that two sisters were on the same show.
