I'm not very good at coming up with ideas to surprise my wife, and add a little romance to our lives. Does anyone have any suggestions for things I could do to surprise her?

I think that maybe you can do the following things:

1-Get home a bit early than she does. From the door to the bedroom put candles with rose peddles in the floor. Then the same thing in the bedroom.

2-Take her to the beach. Walk with her and tell her how happy you are being married to her.

3-Breakfast in bed.

4-At night, put some romantic music and dance.

5-Give her a massage.

6-Have a romantic bath together.

Well these are some of the things that I can come up with. Maybe not the best ones but you can try them.

The suggestions given are very nice. You could also bring home flowers, say maybe once a month. Keep a calendar of when you brought the last flowers to her and just change it up. Once she gets a hang of your giving her flowers you will keep her guessing when she will get them next.
Also, leave little love notes in her purse or wallet. Put the note in a place that you know she will be looking everyday. Little things like this shows how big your heart really is.

Some other things is suprise her by taking her to her favorite restaurant and have flowers chocolate and champagne waiting at the table.

OR

Send her on a goose chase with little notes and suprises the first might read eat your breakfast and rush to the office there is a suprise there and leave one shoe there leave another in the car (new shoes of course)then leave the dress at home on the table with just the address to meet you not revealing the name of the special place.

Just a thought of a couple of things that you can do!
