Confused,
If you had your baby vaginally then this could be the cause. I was a young mom too and the great part of youth is you spring back relatively fast. While giving birth your vaginal walls and muscles were stretched, so even though you snap back fast the muscles will remain weak. All you need to do to improve your situation is by doing kegel exercises; this is tightening your muscles as if to stop the flow of urine.
Try to hold the muscles tight for the count of ten, or as close to that as you can. Repeat the process ten to twenty reps a few times a day. This will work to tone and tighten those muscles again. You can look up with a Google search and find better instructions for how to execute these exercises.
“Sexual activity even involving the use of toys will not cause your vagina to loosen up.”Actually, when a vaginal orgasm is achieved the muscles spasm and this also works to strengthen them. So, be a nymph all you want, orgasms are good for you for a multitude of reasons. “They aid to the health of your mind, body and spirit.”
Take care of you and yours.
Bstong.
