Hi, I'm a fan of Little People, Big World and The Little Couple. In watching the shows, it seems like it's a struggle to find the right clothing. When I emailed the LPA, they said there wasn't a line of clothing specifically designed for little people. That surprised me and I wanted to check it out further. I'm a fashion design grad interested in specialty sizes and would love to hear from people about this.

I haven't heard the Roloffs talk about clothing, in fact there has only been 1 ep I saw and that was Molly getting a dress for graduation. Jen on the Little Couple took the film crew to where she has her clothes tailered to fit.

There was an episode about clothing with Zach a few years ago. Wssn't there also one when he was going to the prom?

I remember a clothing shopping segment with Amy taking both of the twins (and maybe the other kids as well)...and Zach waited, sitting almost on the floor at the edge of a display case) while Jeremy got his choices, and then Amy said they would have to go to the boy's dept. for Zach to shop...and off they went. I remember Jeremy kindly offering Zach a few choices there, and Zach being his usual negative self about it.

i'm not familiar with the program, but if you are still interested in speciality sizes... I have a 16yo daughter with Down Syndrome who is 4'3". there is nothing out there that i can find that is both age and size appropriate. party dresses, dress shoes, heels of any kind. she wears a size 7 dress but the proportions are all wrong. i'm sure little people have the same problem. My daughter wears a size 3 shoe - in childrens' sizes but a triple or quadruple E width; very common to have flat, broad feet (because of muscle elasticity). any ideas now?
