Hello- my son is going throught so many testing- he is not growing he is 12 and he looks like a 8 year old boy- so now he is being bully at school now on 7th grade - I worried that he will be hurt and emotionaly he is allways sad - i hav enot been able to find anyone that he could talk to or that has or is going through the same thing can u guys help me - how can he get in touch with u - i know maybe is to much but this will help him out so much - thanks so much

Do you live in a small town? I'd try to find a martial arts place to send someone who needed to defend himself. This is an excellent way to get some self-esteem.

Excellent advice Rita! I took my young niece to martial arts years ago and it really helped her. It's great to be a part of a group and they teach you to use leverage instead of brawn for defense. I know a lot of smaller people whose self esteem have grown by practicing. I have also seen people in wheel chairs or missing limbs learn techniques to defend themselves. I wish your son all the best, Paolichi, I know the future will bring him wonderful things.
