isn't it so sad. just the other day my step-dad called them "little midgets." i told him thats not fair and not right. i told him that they can't help being little.that's just the way god made them. they can still have a regular life. just in a different way. please tell me if u have ever seen or heard a person call little people a rude name. ok

name calling is never okay. However most people name call because they are uneducated and feel inadaquate. I have a grandson who has is a dwarf. We try to educate everyone in the family and friends so they may pass it on. My grandson is the best thing that ever happened to us,I loved the way Matt was reading from his childhood memory book and said that kids were calling him names at school I beleive it was shorty. His dad's response was well you are why would you be upset because they are calling you names that are true. I love the reality there. It is something all of us face, obese, skinny, old, young, tall , short, cute, ugly we must all learn to love what we are.

The reason to be upset is because they call you shorty to make fun of you and hurt you.It doesn't matter that one is short,the point is why are these people pointing this out to you.The reason is to make fun of you and that is the reason to be upset !! I know from experience because it has happened to me.
