This blows. I was all set to watch. Why did this happen? I'd rather watch a rerun of Mythbusters than live Olympics, but a new episode would have so much better. At least this means the season should last two weeks later this time.

In response to the sudden schedule change which was unannounced and extremely disappointing, i have to say...WHAT THE HELL! I was really looking foreword to this, and even set a timer for it so I wouldn't miss it. Also, they could have chosen a better episode to play. A two hour special won't fit in the hour spot, unless they're canceling Man vs. Wild, no objections there. Still, they should have announced this, and changed the listing.

To the powers that be: I don't expect you to listen. After all, I'm just one out of millions. I was looking forward to (no longer) tonight's episode. I was met with a re-run. I came to this site and sure enough, the new episode got booted. I do not watch DSC except for Mythbusters. Now, looks like you just caused me to wait 2 weeks to watch Discovery.

You've made a LOT of people mad. You had better tell us why this happened.

now i have to be lazy and complain until the extended time i guess it is just something like the cameraman is probably a fan of michael phelps or something. I have a great idea for a new episode what happend to the camera man !

This is Just plain wrong you don't show ads for a week and then at the very last second change your mind. Whoever did this should be fired and all the fans need a sorry .

I waited for this ep and now your telling us not only is it delayed but when the new eps come back this one will not be there.

If you knew it was going to be pulled then their should of been ads saying so all day instead of continuing to show ads for this ep showing tonight. Even your website doesn't say anything you HAVE to check the fourms.

We need some sort of offical word and soon.

Well, it's not like people didn't know the olympics were on.

4 months until a new episode and it gets delayed. I mean, seriously, taunting us like that with what looked to be an awesome episode and then delaying it indefinitely.

Someone needs to be fired for this.

What the H__L gives I as well as a lot of people I work with were waiting for this showing tonight. Like others have said they were showing the ads for it right up till just before show time. I hope heads roll for this. I wish I had the email addy for the top people at Discovery every one should be sending them some heavy emails and faxs and even snail mail over this.

WTF pirate special again? Thanks for promoting the new episode all week long and then pulling it shortly before it airs. Way to screw over the real fans.
