Grant posted some pictures on twitter from when Mum and daughter paid MB a visit.

Little Stella is the cutest baby you'll see...of course any baby you don't have to feed every three hours or change their nappy is automatically cute.

No, Stella is Ms. Byron's natural baby. She was preganent. The only time she was not on the show was during the month long hiatus the team took in June. She has temporarily been replaced by Jessi Combs.

Most of the episodes where the Lady/mother with the red hair was heavily pregnant were filmed in May - about a month before Stella was born in late June. These episodes have yet to air.
