I liked the changing in the phone booth, but Grant what's up with the underwear outside the costume? Oh and the three of them running reminded me of Batman Forever.

You mean Batman and Robin. Batgirl wasn't in Batman Forever.

kari's costume looks pretty good among all three of the trio. lose the stilletos because you can't fight well with high-heels while doing all those high kicks and stunts.

Tell that to the people who draw comic books. Allso Supergirl needs to loose the skirt and get some tights. Super heroes who fly should not wear skirts.

OK--- A trivia question here-- I know the answer.

Superman used the phone booth, his costume was under his clothes, He's fast enough to do it & all you see is a blur.

What did he do with his clothes???

I know because I remember a fan asking that question years ago. I'll come back later.

Answer;; Superman used his supergrip to compress his clothing & put them in a pocket in his cape. Wonder how he decompressed them, especially his shoes?

Also his costome was made from the blanket that baby Kay-el was wrapped in. Thus his costume was indestructible, must have been a large blanket.

About the speed of change into different clothing.
I saw on dutch tv a man that was playing in a musical. That musical was about his life, and the best part was that he changed, I believe somewhere like 72 times in one show.
The fastest speed of changing his clothing was an amazig 2,5 sec!
And I saw that guy later on a talkshow where he promoted his musical, and did change his cloth verry fast, almost like magic.
This man lives for changing clothing.
This episode was not complete without this guy.

I searched for this guy, and found him!
it's Barturo Brachetti, here is his website...
http://www.brachetti.com/
If you want to see the talkshow, here is a dutch video archive of the show...
http://www.rtl.nl/shows/jensen/video/
in that page, go to "30 april t/m 4 mei"
and click on "03-05 Arturo Brachetti"
It's a dutch talkshow, but they talk englisch.
Just see it, you know what I mean!

You know, Mythgirl wouldn't have to do much in the way of crime fighting. Just show up, look pretty and we'll turn ourselves in.

So the stiletto heals stay...Wink

So if Mythgirl is the sweet innocent superhero, who is the super villain and what does she wear?

Catwoman did a pretty good job, so did Charlies Angels, not to mention Pamela Anderson as Barb Wire. Your typical supervillain looks pretty sad with a stiletto heel stuck in his forehead! Of course a bullwhip would make a better fictional weapon than a baseball bat. You think that bullwhips and stiletto heels are not practical weapons? I say test it on the show!!

i'm not so sure where they left their clothes but there is such a thing called superhero identity theft. there are thieves out there trying to steal any person's identity, even a superhero's.

The cable broke because it snapped tight. The cable used could easily lift the car under static tension, but if one were to drop the car off a cliff with the cable paying out then it would certainly break. This is precisely what happened. The myth was not busted. Grant only successfully demonstrated that it is not possible to get a "confirmed" result using a "busted" approach. If the cable had tension applied slowly, then the gag would work. However, the engineering of this is much harder. if the cable had a "shock absorber" on the car-end, e.g., a hydraulically-tensioned spool, then that might help. By the way, this is how US Navy ships refuel without shapping the cable between them.

The costumes were pretty good, but there was only one problem...CAPES! As I posted in another message board, capes might be more dangerous than heroic. Here's a link if you'd like to see it:

The costume thing was fun but I agree that very few superheroes had the problem the three did on the show. The biggest thing was whqat to do with the street clothes. Superman hid his in a dimensional like compartment in his cape, Batman usually changed in the batcave or one of his secret areas around the city where he could stash his stuff either there or in the batmobile. Spiderman hid his in some corner on the side of a building held up by webbing. These were a few examples. Except for the Dark Night the others had super speed so changing clothes were just a little time consuming. There was a comment about capes. Actually in both the DC and Marvel universe capes were not as big as some may think. The biggest reasons people think of capes are Superman who had one as explained and Batman who wore one to complete his scary bat persona and hide some of his gadgets. The stupidest one was the old TV Robin. Hard to stealthy at night wearing a bright yellow cape on your back.

Oh, by the way, I read that in the movie Batman Begins, the famous logo was removed from the costume because it didn't make sense for a sneaky crime-fighter to draw attention to himself w/ a bright, shiny, golden oval on his chest.
