This page will just not refresh for me. All of the forums keep popping up the same as they were before.

I have to continue to clear my cache over and over, close out of explorer altogether and come back in for new posts to show up.

Is this the server or my computer? It doesn't do this on any other message board. This is the only one it happens on.

YES!! Having the same problem, tho most of the time, simply closing my browser and opening it again takes care of it.

Well, that's good news. Thought I was going to have to go into my firewall, anti-virus, anti-spam and internet options to figure out which one was hiccupping on the cookies.

It does it to me sometimes also but usually it will let me refresh it if I wait a few minutes.

No problems here.
