I don't know if it is possible or not but I've never heard of anyone being able to keep his eyes open during a sneeze. But as far as eyes falling out, that makes as much sense as changing sex by kissing your elbow.

If that last idea worked, it would make disguises ridiculously easy to pull off. ...Or put on. Whatever.

And, in response to the first question, no, it is not possible to sneeze with your eyes open, since you expel germs when you sneeze and the eyes are protecting themselves from these particles by closing. Also, if you somehow did manage to keep your eyes open, they would probably just water a lot, which is a far cry from falling out. (Notice how I said 'eyes' and not 'is'.)

Yes it's true. I sneezed once with my eyes open and my eyes fell out. I accidentally put them in backwards and now I'm cross-eyed for life. Roll Eyes
I herd a myth that its immpossible to sneeze with your eyes open and if you do your is would fall out of your head.
A sneeze exits your body at around 150+ mph. Your eyes will close as a reflex to prevent the germs to get into the eyes and keep the air from pushing them out, so yes the myth is possible.
