I love Namaste yoga and have been practicing with this show for about 7 or 8 months. It has been wonderful to experience the gradual changes in my flexibility as well as to experience the gradual changes that have taken place within. I'm a believer in the truth behind yoga!
Can anyone recommend a video that delves deeper into the practice? I follow Kate's instruction well and find that her timing/transitions are perfect, but would enjoy holding poses longer, transitioning with guidance into more advanced poses, more pranayama and deeper shivasina. I have tried a couple of videos but find them to be a little more harsh for my tastes. (Rodney Yee, Sara Ivanhoe)
Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated. I want to and feel that I am capable of bringing this to another level!

If you want great instruction, try Patricia Walden's videos. She has a very gentle, soothing voice & explains the poses very thoroughly - though her teachings are closer to Iyengar which does not involve the flows that you're looking for. (Though are wonderful for learning the poses.)

IMO, good ones for the Flow practices would be Seane Corn (Vinyasa Flow Yoga) or Hemalaya Behl (Yoga for Urban Living).
