As I've posted many times on a few fittv related forums, I love Namaste Yoga.
The past few weeks I have been a bit distressed though. Often, whoever is doing the yoga schedule is putting several days back to back working the same muscle groups. I've had more than half of the past 2 weeks doing different flows that involve some form of warrior/lateral poses. The show names are different, but it's the same poses incorporated into a slightly different flow. Sometimes you'll even see the same show twice in a week (with 2 seasons of shows this shouldn't be happening).
Please schedule the programming so it doesn't use the same muscle groups up to 4 days in a row. I know there are many routine variations, but often the show will go 2 weeks without a plank pose, or upper body/shoulder work, and then when I go to do them it's ultra hard because the muscles haven't been used in so long.
I'm begging you to space out the muscle groups better so we aren't overusing one muscle group several times a week, and then skipping another for 2 weeks before going back to it.
