This show is wonderfully groundbreaking. The voice-over practice of Kate's is terrific, rather than the traditional broadcasting of having the front practicioner instruct during the routine. The editing is excellent and seemless. The shifting of backgrounds is beautiful. Please don't change the format of the show. PLEASE no "celebrity namaste". No "reality namaste". No Regis Philbin's Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Yogi. No Two Teams Compete To Make Hatha Yoga a Competitive Sport to Land an Internship with Donald Trump. Please don't mess with this format. And, thank you Kate, and thank you Fit TV.

Unfortunately, on 26 episodes where made with no forseeable extension. If you like the show and want to see more seasons then we need to start a email campaign to Omnifilm. Their email address is : info@omnifilm.com

Unfortunately it is only the first 13 episodes there also :-(. I also prefer the dvd since I can then watch it at full resolution and rip it to my iPod if I want to watch Namaste on it.

I have been watching for a few weeks now and I am really "digging" it. The locations, filming and music are wonderful. What a joy it is to watch these fit and feminine young ladies go through the poses and movements. I am not as flexible as they are yet but getting better day by day. The show has even inspired me to visit Vancouver and to participate in their half marathon next spring. Does anyone know if Lily is married? :>Wink) Namaste!

Big surprise - most of the people posting in this thread appear to be MEN. Probably guys getting turned on by the show and the half-naked girls showing off their butt cheeks during "down face dog."

Most of the people who practice yoga, however, are women, so maybe the powers that be who run FitTV might consider that the next time they create a new yoga series. I have no interest in seeing half-naked girls during my yoga practice, thank you.

Wow. What a snotty comment. They are nice to look at, but if you do the program, you can't just stare at them. I think the same could be said of Stretch Max, Core Max, Sharon Mann and at least half of the other shows on FitTv, it's the nature of the beast. If you exercise for a program with an audience of novices, you don't want to wear lots of bulky clothes so they can't see what you're doing. You also don't want someone on the show who doesn't look like they are not benefitting from the exercises. Us men have had to put with Gilad for much longer so relax....

I was fortunate to have met Kate Potter and Lily Goncalves during my vacation to Vancouver in May. What a treat it was to not only meet them in person but to also practice with many of their regular students in the Yoga classes that they conducted. Kate is just as warm and friendly as her soothing voice suggests on the Namaste TV episodes. Lily was very personable and even more lovely in person as you might very well assume! For all the guys who watch Namaste TV, Lily " has it all goin on " indeed! Yeah, I admit to having a " crush " on her but what is wrong with that! :>WinkI`m a red blooded American guy!
If your travels ever take you to Vancouver I highy suggest making time to take in one of Kate`s or Lily`s classes. It was a blast and a great experience.

I have to admit, I like watching Namaste yoga. The women are beautiful. The location of the shoots are beautiful too! I have a crush on Lily as well. I guess she has a fan club. Smile I guess it shouldn't have been a surprise.

Whether you look at these women as sex objects or not, I think the very sexy outfits they wear serve a purpose. I think being able to see their bodies makes it possible to see the different muscles working so you can tell what the different poses do for you. Also, you can see the bennefits of yoga. They got those bodies from doing yoga and so it should give everyone something to strive for. Don't be jealous of their bodies, use them as inspiration.
