I am not sure if its my hearing or if there's way too loud background music, but I can't seem to hear any instructions especially about inhaling and exhaling.

Any pointers?

The instructions are a little soft, but not that bad. Turn up the tv a little and it should be fine. Shiva Rhea....no intructions at all. That was a fun show...for her.

If your TV has any type of sound balance adjustment capabilities, try tweaking those. If you have multiple speakers, you may be able to change the balance.

The instructor's voice is soft, but I have no problem hearing her over the music.
