I remember reading that the trucks were actually donated. I believe you can also get similar trucks from the manufacturer but you have to specifically tell them what you want. Try going to a dealership that sells the pickup model and ask them if you can order customized pieces to the truck from the manufacturer. If you want a truck similar to the ones the EAMT's use then you are going to be paying a lot of money for it.
