Between her hair and those fingernails, we thought we'd tuned in to one of those "women behind bars" cable shows. Someone needs to have a heart to heart with that woman. This is just the opinion of a few of us and in no way expresses our admiration for the wonderful job she's doing. But, as they say, perception is everything.
That's a noble idea but she isn't with the EAMT's anymore. I have a lot of respect for Rocelle Carlson. She tells it like it is and doesn't pull punches. You have to respect a person like that.
What amazes me is people watch this series and expect all of the EAMTs to be these smiling people who save animals and have the same personality. The truth is, they are human and all different in the way they handle things.
She is NOT with Phoenix Animal Cops anymore? WOW! What a shame! I KNOW they misee her. A while ago I found the email addy to the Phoenix Humane Society (they don't post it to the public anymore..) And I wrote them and Michigan letters basically thanking them for what they were doiong to help animals and I got responses back! Nice ones too, not just a sentence. Rochelle wrote me back! I was siked! I have loved animals (cats especially) since I could remember and I look up to her a lot. She does NOT screw around, mince words, sugar coat things. People at times, especially hoarders and breeders need reality SMACKED into their faces not all nicey-nice whispery voiced words. They are hurting animals and need a reality check. Big time. Especially the frequent fliers. They are the real criminals. They get their animals confiscated and then a year later they are at it again!! Knowing their original brood was sick and put to sleep. A few survived but out of 100, less than 10 living is NOT great. I used to feel pity for some hoarders until I was schooled by a lot of research, personal experience volunteering with my local city pound and Rochelle's insights and knowledge. God bless her. She rocks the house. So what if she has groomed nails and hair?! The prison comment was funny..I know what women prisoners look like...VERY few prisons allow makeup and manicures...They wished they looked as nice as Rochelle...LOL...She rocked the house and saved a lot of animals..The end justify the means people, when it comes to saving animals and bringing animal abuser to justice..I love you Rochelle! I started volunteering and helping stray/feral cats again in my city because of you and ALL of the other officers..You all deserve UBER PROPS! Bless you all!
