I am looking for a FANTASTIC artist in the HOpkinsville, Paducah area. There are alot for tattoo shops in and around the area, but how do u pick just the right one? I have noticed great & terrible tattoos from the same shop. Makes me nervous to walk in and get a tattoo from someone I know nothing about.

Scot Winskye at Inkwell Tattoo. Maybe not in the exact area you are looking for but he does fantastic work and is worth the trip.
