I have heard that touch ups hurt a lot. Is this true? Well I have heard that on bigger tattoos they hurt a lot worse whats the deal?

It depends on how long it has been since you were first inked in the spot. The skin takes time to heal and if you're poking around it again after a month, it's still fresh and tender. That will, of course, make it hurt more.
