I have 2 tats, one on each shoulder. Both are fading pretty bad. The tattoo artist who did them claim it's because of my skin tone. Another person said the artist must have mixed his coloring with alcohol. Can either of what is said be true? What could have caused this?

Both are true. They also will fade in time to.Skin color does matter alot.

do u go out in the sun alot and or do u swim alot ? Sunblock is very important ,

No, I do not spend alot of time in the sun. I always wear sun block...lol..I am of Irish decent and burn quite easily so I try not to stay out to long and when I am out I do wear sun block.
