G'day fellas, I received a document from a friend in an Australian Mining industry a couple of years ago. It is a Occupational Health and Safety document which seems to be authentic. It high lights incidents of sunlight being magnified through (full) plastic spring water bottles inside vehicles.

The document mentions that this type of bottle should not be left in direct sunlight...inside vehicles and gives examples of upholstery burn marks etc. It is a PDF document. The vehicles were in the Aussie outback at mining sites and a US equivalent would probably be Arizona. A note on the document says that it is for the widest distribution inside & out of the company.
