My horse Rex was saved from slaughter by my grandmother ,if youve seen Spirit you know what he looked like, she got him and noticed how he held his neck funny she asked the man and he told her he had broken his neck the vet checked him over and said he would be fine. last winter(2006) he slipped on the ice he had broke it again Frown my grandma called and told they might have to put him down sadly the next day he was found in the field he was barley two years old

I'm sorry. I know what that feels like. My horse didn't pass but she did break her leg. WE had to donate her to a local orphanage. I miss her a-lot, we won a lot of ribbons. I find jus ttalking to them helps. You don't hear them but i know somewhere they hear you. I also lost another horse named princess but i'm too sad to talk about her. Frown

I'm sorry about your horse. I lost a horse to colic about ten years ago. His name was goody and he was an appaloossa. I loved him in fact it was because of goody I met my husband I was at a rodeo with goody and he got away from me and ran right to my husband Big Grin I sure do miss that horse.
