An Aussie newspaper says the Irwins are being interviewed by Barbara Walters.
Yes, it will be good for the Irwin family to speak with some one other than those sharing their greatest grief, but as I have also recently lost my mom, I can also tell them the ache will take a very long time for that incredibly empty ache to go away.
BUT, what I can also tell them, especially Terri, is that the love that you shared, and the adventures you experienced with Steve, will eventually sustain you, and envelope you with a warmth and a comfort that you thought you could only feel with Steve at your side. You will always remember the warmth of his embrace, and the joy and enthusiasm of living, and I mean really living, life with your soulmate.
I can't imagine how loud the silence in your home must be right now. Do what you need to do whether it be cry, shout, throw a tantrum, run until you're ready to drop, or beat your head against a wall, but in the end, and when you're spent, you'll remember a moment when Steve embraced you and you'll smile again, and be oh so thankful to have been so fortunate to have had a man who was so "true blue" with you in your life.
I Agree with the last message. It was well said. Terri,Bindi BOB and all rember all the good times and all the laughter you all sshared. It will take a long time for youall ti heal but it doesnot go away . Some poeople just learn to see the good and forge ahead. Take it one day at a time. But cry if you have to,. Then after the tears and all try to keep busy. MY prayers are with you.
