Hello,
I am now a disabled veteran but I first started watching steve years ago. On my first deployment to a foreign country it was rewarding to sit and relax turn on the tv and find the Crocidile Hunter on. Steve was a true soldier, he had his priorities and his love for his job. He always made sure to take care of his mates and his animal friends. His dedication and determination was incredible. I know he is now looking over all of you making sure you all stay safe. My heart goes out to all of you, And I salute you Bindi, Bob, Terri, and Zoo keepers. I know you will be fine and keep Steves dreams and struggles alive. As the Irish say May you live as long as you want and never want as long as you live. God bless you and protect you all.

Richard, thank you for your service for our country as well.
I agree with you that Steve was a soldier for conservation.
