There are No words that are appropriate in this time of your lives....If I could I would Just Hold you all while you mourned the loss of the Man you all Loved so Much....I Never Met him, I always wanted to. I thought him an exceptional human being and a one of a kind man. Everyone talks about his Passion and his enthusiasm and that is what he wanted to be remembered for..a "Wildlife Warrior" and that he will always be for his work will Live on forever in all of you and all the people he touched just by being himself. The thing that I wanted to say about Steve that I hadn't read yet about him is that he touched me because of his complete and unashamed honesty, he was Real and Never afraid to express his feelings to anyone about all of you and his Mom. There are alot of "Macho, fearless" men in the world who would be afraid to show such emotion to people close to them never mind to the whole world. I think Steve was one of the bravest men in the world because He was ALWAYS Himself, he was ALWAYS REAL...never a put on face for the world......That Man Loved His Parents, His Sisters, His Wife and Children, his Wes and all the family at Australia Zoo and he Loved you all More passionately than he loved his Job...saving wildlife. AT least that is how I saw him........The bravest of the Brave because he expressed his Love openly and honestly in all things......I will Miss Him! HUGS and Prayers to you all, Michael Kiehlmeier Portland, OR, USA
