Terri, Bendi, Bob, Steve's Dad, Wes & all the guys @ the zoo,
I am sure that you may never get throght all these but I just felt compelled to say that I am so sorry for your loos! He was a great guy, his personalty was infectious. My our whole family loved to watch your shows! If some day you read this, read the "When some one you loves dies" broshure by the Watchtoer & Bible Tract Society. I found it extremly helpful when I lost my mother when I was 13.

To Terri, Bindi Sue, Bob, and the entire Irwin Family, as well as the team at Australia Zoo, and Discovery Channel, my family sends our deepest condolences in this difficult time. To lose a loved one well before you are ready is a tragedy. Having endured the loss of one of my cousins just over three years ago, I know the feeling all too well. Now, the world's lost an adopted family member, one we invited in to our homes every week through his program. We really felt like we knew Steve, he was such an open book about how he felt. Life seems a little darker now that his wonderful personality and excitement are gone, but we will never forget him. He was that much of a larger than life personality that he'll always be remembered by all those he touched. RIP Steve-O, we're all going to miss you!

The space that Steve has left on this earth will not and cannot be filled. He's spirit and his love were just too great. My prayer for you Teri, Bindi, Bob and the rest of the Irwin family is that you not carry the burden of Steve’s loss but carry on that same love and spirit. The joy in his eyes when he was near you surpassed distance, film and now heaven. I am eternally grateful to have had the opportunity to have known such a person even if only through television. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To all of the family of Steve Irwin:
I also wanted to express my deepest condolences to you during this difficult time. As you know, we are all grieving with you and are trying to imagine this world without him. What I believe that we all love about him is his love of his life and what he did during his short time on earth. We all want to be him. We want to love what we do as much as he did. The world is a better place because of Steve Irwin. I will miss him greatly.
One consolation in him leaving us far too soon is that we have him on film doing what he loves. We will always have his images, his voice and his smile to replay. His enthusiam overtakes you each time you watch him and that is the gift he has left us with.
May he be playing with the Crocs and his other beloved animals in heaven as he did on earth. God obviously needed someone to take care of them all and so he took the best from us.
My deepest sympathies, Michell Seattle, Washington

It is truly hard for me to find words to express my feelings to Steve's family and friends. Many nights I would watch with my family as Steve and his family would travel the outback doing their work. I was stationed in Exmouth WA and every time I watched the programs it would make me feel like coming home. His work proved that family and work could go hand in hand. The world has lost a great man and we all grieve for the friends and family he left behind. I will pray for their healing. I only hope that his friends and family are able to continue carrying out his work. We Love you all. Christine Jones Silver Springs, NV USA God Bless You all.

As so many before me have said, my family, my friends, and I, all wish to extended our deepest sympathies, thoughts, and prayers to Terri, Bindi, and Bob, as well as all of Steve's many friends and family. So many of us (here in America) as well as others around the world have been touched deeply by your loss.
Steve Irwin came into our lives and our livingrooms, and made the world a brighter and better place. His love for his family and for all the creatures that roam the earth was both profound and eternal.
The world has lost one of it's most unique souls, and the world is a poorer place without Steve in it, but he made our lives richer for his presence. He tried to make a difference in the world, and I hope it's clear from the global reaction to his loss that he did exactly that.
We are, many of us, better people by having had the benefit of his exuberance and his fearless crusade for conservation. He was clearly never afraid to live his life to the fullest, and saw and did more in 44 years than most will do in 80.
Yes, the world is a poorer place without Steve Irwin, but we are vastly richer for having had him for the time we did.
We extend our love and prayers to you and the children in this painful and difficult time, and while our loss can never, of course, equal yours, please know that millions in the world are grieving with you.
With deepest sympathy and respect to you, Terri, and your wonderful children, Bindi and Bob, may God watch over you all during this difficult time.
Marie, Steven, and family, Riverside, CA, USA
Goodbye, Steve. "May flights of angels sing you to your rest." May there be crocs to wrestle and shepherd in heaven. We love you, Steve, you will be missed and mourned by millions. You made this world a better, and brighter, more exciting place to live.

To all the Irwin family and their friends, My family cannot express the amount of grief that we feel at this time over the loss of our beloved Crocodile Hunter. My husband and I watched him faithfully all through the 90s and now with our son, Steven, who is 9 years old. Steve Irwin is the reason my son loves wildlife and snakes, crocodiles, reptiles. Ever since he was 5, our son would practice his croc catching techniques on pillows while snatching a "cobra" using his father's belt, in his quest to become just like his hero. We love the Irwin family so much that we want to say "Thank You" and Bindi and Bob..."Your dad was one of a kind, be proud, be strong, be an IRWIN." Terri, Bindi and Bob I am so sorry for your loss. My family and I are shocked and sad for your loss. Steve did more for wildlife than anyone ever has in History. I didn't know him personally but he showed great love for both humans and animals. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Time will heal all wounds and I pray your healing comes quickly. I look forward to seeing the conservation tactics that you (Terri) are going to carry on. I know you will keep this going. God Bless you and your family and friends. Again I am very sorry for your loss he will be greatly missed by a world of people including my family. CMorris Florida

To Terri, Bindi Sue, Bob, and all of your family and friends at Australia Zoo: My heart goes out to you all. I never had the privilege of meeting Steve, but I feel like I've lost a family member. He touched so many lives around the world and will be deeply missed. I loved his enthusiasm and passion for wildlife and his kind spirit. He taught me to really see the beauty and preciousness of nature and that no animal is insignificant. I'm so thankful for the show and for Steve's message of conservation. I know that his memory will be kept alive by Terri, the children, and the staff at Australia Zoo. His spirit will never die.

As I sit here with tears in my eyes for a man I never met in person; I wonder: What can I say? Nothing I can say will ever do him justice. I never really had any heros that I looked up to until I saw Steve. The is no one else in the world that I admire more. He was a great man with a beautiful heart. The world is that much darker with out Steve Irwin and his enthusiasm and optimism about people and wildlife co-existing. I can't begin to imagine what it must be like for Terri and her children, but I and many others mourn with them. He will always in our hearts, Steve will not be forgotten.
Condolences,

There really are no words for me to describe it. I'm in shock to tell the truth. I started watching Steve Irwin almost ten years ago and I will never forget the first episode I ever saw. I thought, "what is this guy doing? Is he crazy?" But I think as I continued to watch over time I realized that yes, he really was crazy, crazy about what he was doing. Just by watching his show I saw that he absolutely LOVED those animals. He made me realize how important conversation really is. Of course I have always been an animal lover but, by watching the Crocodile Hunter I began to understand that even the most deadliest of predators need our help. I told my mom earlier, that if it had not been for him and his enthusasium, and his intense passion for wildlife that I may not even be volunteering at my local zoo right now.
Ever since I started watching the show, I've been saying that if I ever made to Australia then my sole reason for going down there would be to go to Australia Zoo and shake his hand (I am not kidding either). To Terri, Bindi, Bob, and to all those that this great man leaves behind, you have my deepest condolances.

We are writing this with a heavy heart. We would like to send condolences to Terri, Bindi, Bob and the entire Irwin family. Steve was an incredibly energetic man and a great teacher of wildlife conservation. His enthusiasm was contagious and one couldn't help but listen to and learn from him.
Our daughter, Megan, is especially saddened by Steve's passing. Megan is a true animal lover and has spent many hours watching the Crocodile Hunter. He has inspired her to want a career working with animals.
Steve has left his mark on this planet. Millions of people will never forget him. His true legacy, however, is his beautiful children. What a proud father he was. We pray that Terri will continue the wonderful work that she and Steve have devoted so much of themselves to and that the Irwin family will soon know happiness again.
God Bless All of You!
