What an awesome idea...Jackie from Mesquite Texas, USA. We have been watching Steve since he came on board Animal Planet, since then, my daughter from 3rd grade one has had an iguana 4 leopard geckos and 3 bearded dragons. Yes Crocs RULE, but so do LIZARDS!!!! God be with Terri, Bendi, Bob, and Robert dad, and all the family in Beerwah. My prayers are with you. You are all family to us no matter how distant. Steve will be truly missed.
Our deepest sympathy goes out to Terri, Bindi Sue, Bob and to the rest of the Irwin family and everyone at Australia Zoo.
We are devastated by Steve's loss but their loss is the worst. His love for his family and friends blasted out through the television set. Every person should have someone who loves them as much as Steve loved his wife, children, family and friends.
Sandy A.; Burke, VA, USA I was heartbroken when I heard about Steve Irwin's death. I thought he got hurt by a "crock", but was surprised about the stingray accident. My heart goes out to his family, especially his children. They may be too young to understand, but their father loved animals, life and most of all his family.
This is Monica from Toledo, Ohio, and I just wanted to say how much myself and my daughter loved Steve. He is the reason she is an animal lover today. He will be missed. Thanks to his family for sharing a one of a kind with all of us. When I think of him I want to smile and cry all at the same time. I want his family and all that worked and loved him that he was a special man and a wonderful human being. Maybe we should all take Steve as an example of what it means to be a great person. What a gift he was to all of us. Rest in peace, Steve, we are all loved you.

Steve helped me to teach my kids as much about wildlife as no one else could. My whole family mourns his passing, but know he was meant to go and do something just as important in Our Fathers Kingdom. Our prayers to The Irwin family.
Shawna, Shane, TJ, and Mackenzie from Transfer, Pennsylvania, USA! God Bless all the friends and family of Steve and may they find comfort in all of our love and support for them. Rest in Peace dear Steve.
I'm from Maryland in the USA. Because of Steve, I have developed an interest in traveling to Australia someday and I dream of visiting his zoo when I do.
Steve Irwin If you only could know how much people loved, respected, and admired you. Around the world, people are pouring out their hearts, in disbelief at our loss of your presence. Why does it take tragedy for people to "see the light" to "get the point"? Our God passed the torch, of caring for all creatures, great and small, to a wonderful man, named Steve Irwin. We now must show Steve (Terri, Bindi, Bob, the entire Irwin family, the Australia Zoo family, etc.) that our sadness over our loss of him, will turn to triumph. It's time to show that you have learned, from what Steve has taught you. Pick up the "torch" everyone, and lets have the same passion, enthusiasm, excitement to care for our wildlife, all wildlife, everywhere on Earth. That is the best way, we can show that Steve Irwin's life, and others like him (like Jeff Corwin, Jack Hanna, etc.) is not just entertainment for television or a vacation trip to Australia Zoo, but that it truly meant something. I like what Animal Planet is saying, "We'll miss you mate, we'll take it from here ..." Now, let's do it.
Take care and God bless all of Steve Irwin's family, Terri Irwin's family, their extended family at Australia Zoo. Terri, Bindi, Bob, I want you to know that Steve lives on, in each of you, never forget it. May our God hold you in His loving embrace, and comfort you, in your time of sadness and grief.
The world is a much better place because of Steve Irwin. May his memory live on in each of us. To Terri, Bindi, Bob, family & his extended family at Australia zoo I extend my deepest sympanthy's. I know each of you will do everything you can to keep Steve's memory alive.
tonight as I watched the shows I have seen so many times with Steve smiling, so happy and joyous among the animals.... I cried, for his family, for the world, and for my broken heart as well. The wonderful thing about television, is that he will live on, he will laugh and touch our hearts forever. and we will never forget, everytime I help a turtle cross the road it will be in his memory... sioux and ray goodman west bloomfield, michigan...
I wanted to send my heartfelt condolences to the Irwin family on the tragic and sudden loss of Steve, husband and father. I know that Terry will see to it that the children never forget their father. Bindi is already following in her father's footsteps with her love of all animals, large or small. The animals of the world have truely lost one of their most ardent supporters. I'm quite sure that the animals of the Australia Zoo are already missing Steve's daily visits and playtime with them as much as his staff. Everyone at the zoo always seemed like such a family! Even though Steve's physical presence is gone from this earth, his legacy and his spirit will guide Terri and the children through whatever lies ahead. My heart goes out to Steve's family--but I truly believe that he will be with them everyday from now on, letting them know in subtle ways that he is still with them, to help guide them and carry on his work. I and the world will miss you Steve, and I know that your last thoughts were of your family as you quickly passed from this world into the next. Serena Webb, North Port, FL USA
What an awesome Idea!, especially if someone takes the time to download all these posts for Terri and the kids.....what a legacy of love to have to remember a special person in your life by or in the kids case - to see just how special their DAD is and always will be.....
If we only knew how many people both Steve and Terri have inspired to do something positive with animals....I'm sure the numbers would be staggering......
May GOD bless Steve in Heaven and Terri, the kids and all the others Steve left behind...
Once Again, What an awesome tribute.... Julie Miller, Augusta, Kansas
He touched us all in a place we did know existed. We are better humans and the world is a better place. We will never forget all the joy he brought us, and we should not forget each other, to try to stay in touch and work together to make this a better world for animals in tribute to our mighty Wildlife Warrior. We'll miss you, Mate, Forever!!! Tina & Brian Myers, Sedona, AZ,USA.
Our hearts go out to Terri, Bindi, Bob and all of his family through this difficult time. We enjoyed watching him. We loved his passion for life. He will truly be missed.
