I've been watching Steve's shows from early on, and it was so nice to see how perfect Terry and Steve were together when she joined the show. My favourite show was when Steve held up a tarantula on a thin piece of wood to show the viewers how a tarantula works. Steve was quite fearful of the spider (which of course was surprising, considering he had no qualms about jumping on alligators!). Steve's hands were shaking and he had to take some deep breaths to keep going, but he did it. Of all the scary things we watched him do, this one edge-of-the-seat triumph gained my utmost respect.
He is a great loss. He was a great teacher. And he was pretty awesome.
Terry, my thoughts go out to you and your family at this difficult time. I hope you carry on his lessons, I hope to see you on screen again. Blessings.
