Steve Irwin, you are one of a kind
The most passionate bloke you could ever find
With all your enthusiasm and tireless dedication
You taught the world about wildlife conservation
You always managed to find an escape
‘Till the very morning when you met your fate
Sometimes I wish it was all just a lie
But I know its not, so I start to cry
Deeply saddened, we feel a great pain
Not even your crocs will ever be the same
They each will shed a true crocodile tear
For all that you’ve done for them thru the years
You don’t know how we will miss you so truly
But now you’re in heaven with your best mate Sui
We thank you for taking us on your greatest adventures
And teaching us about the world’s greatest creatures
Your mission in life will not go untouched
It shall pass to those you love you so much
May you rest in peace in your beloved zoo
Surrounded by those who cherish you
