Supposably if you have a tattoo done some where on the core of your body and you have to have an AED shock your tattoo will melt.

The word is "Supposedly". Anyway, I have hard time beleiving you could "melt" a tattoo with an AED. Depending on how old the AED is, you could get some pretty nasty burns which could remove a tattoo but it wouldnt actually melt. With newer AED's, the shock given isnt even powerful enough to burn you so a tattoo is going to remain unscathed.
