How do we edit the email on file?

You mean editing posts? You can only do that for 5 minutes or so after you post, then you cannot edit.

The mods email addresses are on the first page of the "Ask the Moderator" thread in the Watercooler section.

No, I mean the email address I have on the Discovery site when I registered this account - I have looked under my account, but can't see where I can see how to edit even my password.
