You would think that wearing black in lasertag would give you the advantage of being harder to see, but when you play you wear neon colored armor. Your limbs could still be harder to see,but is it enough to give you a significant advantage?

It won't give you a very significant advantage, although it might help. The black would help the rest of your body stay hidden, and if you can stay hidden behind corners as much as possible, you have a good chance of avoiding being seen. That being said, I prefer wearing all white when I play laser tag. It looks a lot cooler

It will depend on where you play. A lot f laser tag arenas are dark, so black may give you an advantage. If the lighting is higher, black will stand out a more.

Not the right question. A better question would be how effective would the correct camouflage for the range conditions would be. I suppose if conditions are low light, essentially anything that appeared dark would make a shooter's target acquisition harder. Patterns might further confuse the eyes.

The sensors are in the "armor". If it's covered in flashing red lights, the black probably won't help you regardless of the light conditions.
