A Guy goes to sharpen His pencil,The Guys Brother A Smoker and uses the sharpener as a ashtray,It has Flammible Cleaning Fluids to well clean it.When He sticks the the pencil in A spark Ignites the remainder of the fluid and Sends the Pencil into The Skull

I'd think that if you somehow managed to get ignition, you'd be more likely to get a fire, rather than an explosion.
If you did get an explosion, most of the pencil sharpeners I've seen would probably just fly apart. (Nasty shrapnel, but probably not life-threatening.)
Regardless, interesting to see tested.
(BTW: Why use a pencil sharpener for an ashtray?)
