in the episode where jami and adam pee on the shirt to try and bend the jail bars to escape, i remember the movie where they got that from and in the movie the bars was over 6 feet long with no bracing, and in the mythtest adam and jami's bars were only 2 foot long, so there it is to see for your self get a two foot piece of rebar or allthread and try to bend it you will notice alot of resistance then try a 6 foot piece alot easier!
