Your stomach has an entrance and an exit. If your stomach gets too full, it doesn't 'explode', it pushes stuff out of one or both of these holes.

As glyn said, no... There is another danger though, that your kidneys might shut down due to excessive water-intake...

And water-toxicity is something that is very real..
