Can woman drink more than men?

The UK Governments health department doesn't think so, Women metabolise alcohol worse than Men if their advise is correct.

Where a unit of alcohol is 10ml, the safe limit per week is 21 units for men, and only 66 percent of that 14 units for Women. After this amount there is serious risk of healthy problems occuring, ifvkeep up for long periods (many people go over this sone times say on thier birthday).

There is always variation between people but these are the adverage figures.

Yes sure there is variation, for example I`m an Insulin depedant Diabetic, so Alcohol hits me like a ton of bricks, but as a study of trends in large populations many countries Health Departments have a larger recomended intake for men than women.

The OP didn`t ask specificaly about a difference between particular individuals, yes some women can drink more than some men.
