I would like to see MythBusters eat an entire "perfect" breakfast displayed on cereal boxes. Bowl of cereal, glass of milk and orange juice, toast, grape fruit or orange, etc. I don't think it could be achieved without puking.

You`ve not seen me Breakfast then.
Still the old quote from Adele Davis
"Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper."
comes to mind

It most likely would not be edible.
I saw an episode of Unwrapped where it showed that a lot of the food shown as "beauty shots" is not real food and is enlarged. This includes the milk splashing down into the cereal, which is plastic and can be shot exactly the same way multiple times.

Cereal, milk, juice, toast, fruit, that is a fairly standard breakfast for me.
Food wise, that is less than your average Denny's breakfast slam.

All I know is that milk and grape fruit is not a good combination, hahaha.

I've seen both eaten at the same sitting, so I guess I'm missing the point. Can't stand grapefruit myself, but tastes vary...

when I was a kid, there was also an egg or two, and bacon or sausage.
and yes, the older generation would eat all that for breakfast. of course, the bowl of cereal was only a cup or so, rather than the half-quart people eat, now.
and BTW, Grapefruit after milk, or grapefruit and milk with something else in between has worked just fine for me for years.
