This could be a potential myth. There are myths surrounding sleepwalking and the MB could test a few. bhoff09 is right, these colde be easy to test and it would be hilarious if Adam did them. He hasn't hurt himself in a while.....

One little problem... you can't really test sleepwalking without a sleep walker.

im a sleep walker it is the worst thing you can be i fell of a 2nd floor balcony and broke my arm.

I think there is definitly no relationship with food and sleep walking. sleepwalking is due to stress mainly and other subconcious things

There was that medication a year or so ago that caused people to sleepwalk. It's not such a stretch that certain foods (especially processed ones) might make you sleepwalk as well. Or if you sleepwalk already, whether they make you more likely to do so.

i say yes and no. yes you could sleepwalk, but all of that other stuff, prank calling in sleep and eating in sleep never going to happen!!

There are several myths surrounding the effect of food on sleep. Probably the most well-known one is that spicy food cause odd dreams. I personally don't buy into it because of personal experiance. Food has never changed tha way I sleep.
