So you have to run,but theres a cliff about 50 feet high just ahead of you,You jump and you criss cross your legs so your butt hits the ground first.The Myth is That it can Save your life or reduce injuries. Confused

Nope.

At 50ft even rolling after hitting the bottom wouldn't save you. Besides, doing a "ground pound" would be the land equivilant of a belly flop. The trick would be to disperse the shock of the impact over as large an area as possible. So unless you have a tush the size of Texas, you would be in a world of hurt from an impact like that.

Even if it did save your life it wouldn't be much fun to sit for a long while...

Funny but unlikely a fifty foot ground pound might kill you so ya. mabye you should stop over using mario.
